目的：对联合利用垂直牵张成骨和牙种植技术解决创伤性下颌骨缺损的疗效进行早期临床观察。方法：对1 例创伤性下颌骨前牙区骨缺损患者先利用垂直牵张成骨加高牙槽嵴，骨牵引完成后，在缺牙区植入牙种植体，骨整合完成后，再进行种植桥修复，同时通过临床检查和X 线观察其早期治疗效果。
