艾滋病是严重威胁人们健康的重大疾病,目前艾滋病治疗中最迫切需要解决的问题是病毒迅速产生的抗药性问题.蛋白-蛋白相互作用是生命活动的基本形式,具有高度的专一性,因此其界面抑制剂不易产生抗药性,从而为破解艾滋病毒的抗药性问题带来了希望.研究表明,HIV-1病毒在人体内的复制离不开病毒蛋白与人体蛋白的相互作用,其中人体蛋白LEDGF/p75(晶状体上皮衍生生长因子)在病毒复制和传染中的关键作用己被实验所证明,因此,以HIV-1整合酶与人体LEDGF/p75相互作用为靶标,预期能发现一类全新的抗艾滋病药物.
