本文从轧钢工作对轧辊的实际要求着手,较全面的剖析了低铬钼钒钛稀土镁球墨铸铁轧辊的化学成份、金相组织和机械物理性能。用数据和图表与国内外轧辊进行了对比分析。从微观和轧钢生产的实践两个方面论证了低铬钼钒钛稀土镁球墨铸铁轧辊的优点,同时也提出了选择使用该轧辊的一般原则。
In this paper, the actual requirements of the roll rolling work to start a more comprehensive analysis of the low chromium molybdenum vanadium titanium rare earth magnesium nodular cast iron chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical and physical properties.
