Angiotensin-(1-5)[Ang-(1-5)],which is a metabolite of Angiotensin-(1-7)[Ang-(1-7)] catalyzed by angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE),is a novel vasoactive pentapeptide of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS).Our lab had reported that Ang-(1-7)and Ang-(1-9)had positive effect to the secretion of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)via Mas receptor(Mas R)and Ang Ⅱ type 2 receptor(AT2R),respectively.

Purpose: Melatonin is a neuroendocrine hormone synthesized primarily by the pineal gland.Numerous studies have demonstrated that melatonin plays an important role in various in cardiovascular diseases
Objective:Renin-angiotension system is known to induce the development of atrial fibrillation through atrial structural and electrical remodeling.small conductance calcium-activated potassium channels
Vascular remodelling has been found to be one of the most important factors in the occurrence of post-spaceflight orthostatic intolerance, and inflammatory response might play an important role in the
Objective: To explore the regulative mechanism with β-adrenergic receptor on hemodynamics of anesthetized rats in acute hypoxia, the pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR)and total peripheral resistance(TP
Ojective:Hypertension is a independent risk factor of atrial fibrillation(AF).however, the efficacy of an angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker for the prevention Occurrence of atrial fibrillation in hyperten
