Hydrogen energy technologies can add flexibility and stability to smart grid,providing a back-up power particularly during rolling blackouts.Smart Grid allows the management of hydrogen based power unit integration,energy demand and storage management optimization,real-time balance between electrical energy supply and demand side.In this study,we investigated challenges and opportunities for integration of hydrogen power unit into the smart grid in terms of energy storage.
