以莰烯为分散介质,木炭粉为碳源,改性聚酯类高分子化合物为分散剂,在56℃条件下恒温球磨,制备出了莰烯基木炭粉料浆。研究了分散剂种类及其用量、恒温球磨时间对料浆流变性能的影响。在优化的工艺条件下,制备出了固相含量为40 vol%的料浆,料浆在50 s-1剪切速率下的粘度为70 m Pa·s,能满足室温冷凝浇注成型工艺的要求。
The camphene was used as dispersing medium, charcoal powder as carbon source and modified polyester polymer as dispersant, and ball milling was carried out at 56 ℃ under constant temperature to prepare the camphene-based charcoal slurry. The effects of the type and amount of dispersant and the time of constant temperature milling on the rheological properties of the slurry were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the slurry with the solid content of 40 vol% was prepared. The viscosity of the slurry at 50 s-1 shear rate was 70 mPa · s, which can meet the requirement of room temperature condensation casting process .
