二氧化钛吸附砷机理及饲料添加剂中砷去除研究

  用硫酸钛为原料,通过冰水浴制备了纳米二氧化钛(TiO2),并考察了其对砷的吸附动力学、吸附等温线、pH边等吸附特征,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对TiO2纳米颗粒进行了表征,探讨了其吸附机理.结果表明:用硫酸钛为原料制备的纳米TiO2主要为锐钛矿.吸附过程符合拟二级动力学模型,1h达到平衡状态,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量为6.3 mg/g.在弱酸性、中性和弱碱性条件下均有较好的吸附效率.制备的TiO2可用于吸附去除饲料添加剂氧化锌烟灰中含有的砷,使产品满足相关标准.
