近期的研究发现内应力及颗粒尺寸对一级相变的滞后有较大的影响[1,2].本文研究了La0.sPr0.5Fe11.4Si中不同颗粒度对滞后的影响.如图1(a)所示,各种颗粒度的居里温度和块体一样,都在185K(居里温度由M(T)曲线的一阶导数的极小值温度确定).块体样品对应的热滞为1K左右,而颗粒度为100 μm以下的样品的热滞几乎完全消除.图1(b)所示为平均颗粒尺寸为4μm的样品的扫描电镜图片.图
