患者,女,40岁,于2006年1月开始出现回吸性涕血,成暗红色.经相关检查后诊断为鼻咽低分化鳞癌T2N1M0 Ⅱ期.入院时查体：KPS 100分.专科查体：左上颈部可触及一大小约1×1cm2淋巴结,右上颈部可触及一大小约0.8cm×0.8cm淋巴结.
