与跨国公司开展竞争与合作,前提是要做到知已知彼,为此,就要与选定的对手进行“对标”。正确认识“对标” 的背景、意义和目的,建立科学的指标评价体系和有效的运作,是搞好“对标”的前提和基础。
To compete with and cooperate with multinational corporations, the premise is to know and know each other. To do this, we must “check against” the selected opponents. Correctly understanding the background, meaning, and purpose of “scripting ” and setting up a scientific index evaluation system and effective operation are the preconditions and basis for doing a good job of “targeting”.
