樱花虾的繁育技术研究

  为了掌握常见淡水观赏虾-樱花虾的繁殖习性和幼虾培育技术,本文对樱花虾开展了抱卵虾培育、孵化、及幼虾培养研究.主要观察了樱花虾的胚胎发育、温度对幼虾生长的影响、以及幼虾适宜的饵料试验.实验结果表明:在pH6.8-7.8,水温22℃-28℃条件下,樱花虾均可正常抱卵,成熟雌虾平均每24d抱卵1次,抱卵量30-40粒;随温度降低平均抱卵次数下降,但平均抱卵量不受温度影响;根据胚胎发育过程中的特征变化,可将樱花虾的胚胎发育分为卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、前无节幼体期、后无节幼体期、复眼色素形成期和溞状幼体期,从抱卵至幼体孵化约需经历20d;孵化后约3d进行第一次蜕皮;饲养一个月后,28℃组增重比20℃组高10%,方差分析证明温度对樱花虾幼体生长的影响极其显著(P<0.01);饵料营养影响幼体的生长,投喂市售虾粮的同时保证幼虾摄食的藻类等有机碎屑,不仅可以加快其生长,还可以提高存活率.
