Ti-doped Li3V2(PO4)3/C cathode materials were synthesized by a novel sol-gel method with titanate coupling agent TC-Wt as a chelating agent, titanium and carbon sources.The effects of synthesis temperature and the amount of titanium on the crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical performances were investigated.The results show that Li3V1.95Tio.05(PO4)3 synthesized at 700℃ for 12h exhibits the optimal electrochemical performances.The improved electrochemical performances of the Ti-doped Li3V2(PO4)3/C cathode materials were attributed to the addition of Ti4+ ion by stabilizing the monoclinic structure.
