Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lgusticum sinense Oliv.cv.Chaxiong.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20;using spectroscopy methods to elucidate their structures.Results: Nine known compounds were isolated and identified as levistolide A (1) ,Senkyunoiide B(2),(Z)-Ligustilide(3), (E)-butylidenephthalide (4), (E)-Ligustilide(5),riligustilide(6),neocnidilide(7), Senkyunolide A(8), chaxiongnolide A(9), chaxiongnolide B(10).Conclusion: (E)-butylphthalide(4) and(E)-Ligustilide(5) areisolated from Ligusticum sinense Oliv.cv.chaxiongfor the first time.
