  光电特征标识技术是一种新型利用光电特征对目标进行识别、定位跟踪的现代识别技术,主要用于国防安全、空间技术、工业工程、生物工程等领域,特别在战场目标敌我识别、复杂环境人员搜救、目标指引导航、工矿业生产安全、生物材料物相无损检测等方面有着重要应用.MEMS红外光源是一种热辐射性红外光源,具有特殊硅微结构、高电光转换效率、窄带可调输出、微小体积等特点.基于MEMS红外光源的光电标识装置是通过红外光发射信号,利用红外热像仪或红外探测器等夜视装备直接观瞄(探测和识别)获得标识信息,在飞机、船舶线路引航,军事敌我识别,消防中搜救人员等领域都有广泛应用.
