Objective: To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function of patients with hypertensive heart disease (HTHD) using transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and analysis of the correlation among the parameters of TTE.Methods: 54 cases with HTHD were selected as observation group and 50 cases of hypertension as control group.2 groups had TTE exam.
