  本文设计合成了一系列基于苝酰亚胺和萘酰亚胺的共聚物(PDI-co-NDI),并制备了基于P3HT/PDI-co-NDI 二元体系和P3HT/PDI100/NDI100 三元共混体系全聚合物太阳能电池.对于P3HT/PDI-co-NDI 二元体系,当NDI 含量为75%,P3HT/PDI25-co-NDI75 的平均能量转换效率为1.54%;对于三组分物理共混,当NDI100 含量为75%,P3HT/PDI100/NDI100(w/w,PDI100/NDI100 = 25∶75)的平均能量转换效率为0.83%.
