本文主要通过添加CTF混凝土增效剂,进一步优化混凝土配比设计,研究混凝土的性能和经济效益。试配结果表明,该增效剂在减少10%～15%水泥用量的基础上,能改善混凝土拌合物的和易性,增强其保坍能力和可泵性,混凝土28d抗压强度与基准样基本相当,并可节约大量成本,经济效益十分可观,具有一定的推广应用价值。
This paper mainly through the addition of CTF concrete synergist, to further optimize the design of concrete ratio, the study of concrete performance and economic benefits. The test results show that the synergist can improve the workability of concrete mixture and enhance the slump capacity and pumpability on the basis of reducing the amount of cement by 10% ~ 15%.
