网上购物是在互联网上使用最多的应用。网站作为互联网最重要的交互界面之一,其质量对购物网站有至关重要的影响。本研究使用SMI Hi-speed眼动仪,以42名大学生为被试,记录他们浏览不同复杂度网站的眼动过程,以探讨网站复杂度和任务复杂度对用户认知负荷的影响。结果显示:网站复杂度和任务复杂度会影响用户的认知负荷,表现为用户在网站的完成任务时间、注视点数和注视时长,并且任务复杂度会调节网站复杂度对用户认知负荷的影响。
Online shopping is the most widely used application on the internet. Website as one of the most important interactive interface of the Internet, the quality of the shopping site has a crucial impact. This study used SMI Hi-speed eye tracker, 42 college students as subjects, recorded their visit to different complexity of the site eye movement process to explore the website complexity and task complexity on the cognitive load of users. The results show that the website complexity and task complexity will affect the cognitive load of users. The performance of users on the website is the completion time, the fixation time and the fixation time, and the task complexity will adjust the influence of website complexity on the user cognitive load .
