本文在对国内体育教学中挫折教育文献的整理、归纳和研究的基础上,从这三个方面进行了重点梳理:体育教学在培养学生抗挫力方面的现状及存在原因;体育教学中实施挫折教育的方法和途径;快乐体育、成功体育、体育中的挫折教育三者的关系,旨在为体育教学中实施挫折教育提供一定的理论指导,从而提高学生的心理素质和耐挫能力。
Based on the collation, inducement and research of literature on setback education in PE teaching in our country, this essay focuses on the following three aspects: the current situation and reasons of PE teaching in cultivating students’ resistance to frustration; the implementation of setbacks in PE teaching The methods and ways of education, the relationship between happy sports, successful sports and setback education in sports, so as to provide some theoretical guidance for the implementation of setback education in physical education so as to improve students’ psychological quality and frustration resistance.
