由于核磁共振波谱检测具有方便、简单、快速、环境友好等优点,同时随着小型化、微型化核磁共振的发展和普及,基于NMR 方法的手性识别及ee 值的测定越来越受到化学家的青睐[1],它能够观测到手性分子中每一个功能基团在手性识别过程中的表现,能清晰地表明主客体相互作用的位点,并且可以预测非对映体络合物的空间构象.一般说来,NMR 主要借助于化学位移、耦合常数、弛豫时间、NOE、扩散系数等参数来研究手性识别.
