Comparing with the standard method (GB/T 22388-2008) in China, the HF-LPME method established in this study exhibited a higher sensitivity, a rapider and simpler operation, and much lower cost. The proposed method only need to use HPLC as the analysis instrument instead of expensive GC/MS and LC/MS, and the LOQ of the method can reach to 0.05 μg/mL. In results, the study provided a rapid, simple, low-cost and accuracy sample pretreatment method for large amount of daily detections of melamine in milk product.

采用微波提取技术,研究实验条件对海红果中抗氧化性物质提取率的影响。采用单因素分析结合正交试验的方法确定最佳微波提取工艺条件为乙醇水溶液的体积分数40%,压力1.5MPa,功率90%,固液比1:35,提取时间180s。此条件下的提取率为78.8%。抗氧化性能研究表明: 海红果提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,抗氧化活性不及VC,与VE相当。

本文通过光谱学方法测定了手性重力的大小及方向对α-淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明超重力场会提高α-淀粉酶活性,且右手螺旋力相比于左手螺旋力更能够提高其活性,并在4000g为其最适点。考虑到地球重力的昼夜周期性变化的事实,表明重力可能也是生理节律的重要授时因子之一。
