  INTRODUCTION Numerous researches have analyzed the expression patterns of different tissues and cells in mammalian,which have showed that NLRC5 highly expressed in immune tissues (e.g.lymphonodus,marrow and thymus) and immune cells (e.g.lymphocytic,macrophage cell lineages and CD8+T cells).Chicken NLRC5 was observed through differential expression analysis of an expression profile of different time points after Salmonella bacteria endotoxin induced HD11 cell line. This study we detected and analyzed the temporal expression patterns of NLRC5 and STAT1 signaling pathway related genes after infection with S. pullorum artificially and uncovered the role of STAT1 in NLRC5 promoter activity.
