In recent years,the importance of quality in meat production has increased.At the level of livestock husbandry,methods for improvement of meat quality can be broadly divided into two categories: genetic and environmental methods.In the latter case,some people say that feed is an important factor.In many studies,the relationships between feeds and meat qualities including color,aroma,texture,drip loss and anti-oxidation have been investigated.
