Here we report on the remarkably enhanced ferroelectric state in the multiferroic compound Mn1-xRux/2MO4.The magnetic and multiferroic properties are investigated by means of magnetic,heat-capacity,and polarization experiments.We find only 3% of Ru substitution for Mn remarkably expended the temperature zone of AF2 phase from TL~7.8K to TL~5.5K when TN~13.5K keep almost unchanged.
