某型起落架收放机构运动学和动力学仿真分析

起落架系统是飞机的关键部件之一,其工作性能直接影响到飞机起飞、着陆性能与飞行安全。在 现代飞机起落架的各个工作部件中,收放机构在使用中发生失效的概率高达34.4%,因此,开展起落架收 放系统的研究具有重大意义。本文基于CATIA和LMS软件,考虑起落架在收放运动过程中所受的各项载荷, 并根据各载荷影响的大小和仿真的条件对其进行了简化,通过建立某飞机起落架收放机构多体系统运动学 和动力学模型,分析了气动阻力对收放运动的影响,研究结果对飞机起落架的运动学和动力学分析和设计 具有实际意义和工程参考价值,对于降低飞机研发成本,提高飞机性能具有十分重要的工程意义。
