从2004年5月开始,故宫博物院“古建筑数字化测量技术研究项目组”应用三维激光扫描技术先后对太和殿、太和门、神武门、慈宁宫和寿康宫院落等重要古代建筑进行了完整的三维数据采集,并在大量实践基础上深入研究了处理三维数据的核心理论与方法。本文系统总结了使用三维激光扫描仪获取测量数据——点云,并将点云加工成三维模型、二维线条图和正射影像图,进而应用于古建筑整体变形监测、大木结构安全性分析、建筑构件尺寸测量和外观现状记录的方法与流程。
