作为学生思想政治辅导员深入了解学生的情况是做好学生工作的根本，针对不同的学生进行不同的教育与引导是学生工作的本质。家访是深入了解学生的一种重要方式，笔者根据自己的亲身实践试图探索辅导员家访在学生思想政治工作中的重要意义。
