A novel n-hexadecane-degrading bacterium,designated strain LAM1007T was isolated from oil-contaminated soil collected from Daqing oil field at Heilongjiang Province of China.Cells of strain LAM1007T were strictly aerobic,Gram-stain negative,non-motile and coccobacilli-shaped.The strain was found to be able to grow at 6-44 ℃ (optimally at 30-41℃) and pH 5-11 (optimally 6-8).The strain did not require NaC1 for growth,but could tolerate up to 3 % NaCl (w/v).Phylogenetic analyses based on the 16S rRNA,rpoB and gyrB gene sequences,together with the low DNA-DNA hybridization values revealed that the strain LAM1007T belongs to the genus Acinetobacter and may represent a novel species.The genomic DNA G+C content was 41.0 mol% as determined by Tm method.The predominant respiratory quinone was ubiquinone 9 (Q-9).The major cellular fatty acids were identified as C18∶lω9c,Summed feature 3 (C16∶1 ω7c and/or Cl6∶l ω6c) and C16∶0.The major polarlipids were diphosphatidylglycerol,phosphatidylethanolamine,phosphatidylglycerol,phosphatidylcholine,one unknown polar lipid and two unidentified phospholipids.On the basis of thephenotypic,phylogenetic and chemotaxonomic characteristics,strain LAM1007T should be assignedto a novel species of the genus Acinetobacter,for which the name Acinetobacter hexadecanexedens sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain is LAM1007T (=ACCC 19899T=JCM 31429T).

决策气象服务是将气象信息融入政府决策的重要方式，对如何提高决策气象服务的效果，作者结合自己本单位的工作实际，从四个方面进行了分析，即：提高气象预报准确率是核心、增强气象灾害监测能力是基础、写好气象服务材料是重点、灵活应用气象服务手段是关键。
