目的:研究人参皂苷Rg1脂质体中人参皂苷Rg1与二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)/胆固醇或DPPC/豆固醇分子间作用规律。方法:依据计量关系制备人参皂苷Rg1脂质体,采用示差扫描量热(DSC)和同步辐射X光衍射(XRD)2种方法,研究脂质体中人参皂苷Rg1与DPPC/胆固醇或DPPC/豆固醇分子间相互作用规律。结果:DSC测定结果表明,随着人参皂苷Rg1浓度的加大,胆固醇脂质体出现分相现象,豆固醇脂质体相态可能发生变化;XRD测定结果表明,含药量10%的胆固醇脂质体同样出现2个相变信号,豆固醇脂质体变化不明显。结论:通过对人参皂苷Rg1脂质体中人参皂苷Rg1与DPPC/胆固醇或DPPC/豆固醇分子间作用规律的研究发现,豆固醇可以替代胆固醇作为人参皂苷Rg1脂质体的膜材。
Objective: To study the interaction between ginsenoside Rg1 and dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) / cholesterol or DPPC / stigmasterol in ginsenoside Rg1 liposomes. Methods: The ginsenoside Rg1 liposomes were prepared according to the measurement. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to study the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 and DPPC / cholesterol or DPPC / Sterol interaction between molecules. Results: The DSC results showed that with the increase of Ginsenoside Rg1, the phase separation of cholesterol liposomes and the phase change of liposomes might be observed. The results of XRD showed that cholesterol content of 10% Liposomes also appeared two phase change signals, stevioside liposomes did not change significantly. CONCLUSIONS: The study of the interaction between ginsenoside Rg1 and DPPC / cholesterol or DPPC / stigmasterol in ginsenoside Rg1 liposomes shows that so steroid can replace cholesterol as membrane material of ginsenoside Rg1 liposome.
