本文以碳交易市场为研究对象，分析了碳交易市场的发展现状，指出中国自2013年正式启动碳交易试点以来，主要集中在七个试点省市：上海、北京、深圳、广东、天津、重庆、湖北。广东碳交易启动以来，在制度建设、机制创新、市场培育、区域合作等方面做了大量卓有成效的工作，其中石化业一直是参与广东碳排放权交易的主力军，为了应对今年全国碳排放权交易市场启动运行，广东省已遴选出首批381家企业拟纳入全国碳交易市场，其中
