  胶质细胞系源性神经营养因子(glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,GDNF)基因在胶质瘤细胞中异常高转录与其启动子Ⅱ区甲基化修饰变化有关,但其具体机制不清。有研究表明,GDNF 基因启动子Ⅱ区存在转录因子CREB 的2 个结合位点(分别位于增强子区和沉默子区),并且它们发生了不同程度的甲基化修饰改变。
